Delivery time is between 2-5 business days* to the United States via FedEx or UPS *

Delivery time is between 2-5 business days via FedEx or UPS  *

Shipping Times - International
We ship international orders via FedEx where available. Typical delivery time is 5–10 business days*, depending on destination country and customs processing. In rare cases, customs clearance in the destination country may cause additional delays beyond our control.

Tracked Parcels
Tracked shipping is available at check out as well as standard shipping. 

Buyer Responsibility
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country or shipping carrier. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

U.S. orders qualify for tariff-free import under CUSMA, as our products are produced in Canada and shipped with appropriate customs documentation. All cross-border shipments must still clear customs. Learn more about U.S. & international imports.

Returns
Rocky Mountain Decals products are all printed to order. Due to this, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any defects or errors within 30 days. Failure to report issues within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of any claims or adjustments
