Are you looking for a simple, beautiful way to dress up your Thanksgiving table this year? This DIY idea is the perfect blend of rustic and elegant, and it takes less than 30 minutes to put together!
All you need is a sheet of wallpaper, a white pumpkin, and some fresh florals to create a warm, seasonal table that feels effortlessly chic.

What You’ll Need
- A sheet of wallpaper (we used one of our Duck Egg Blue design as a table runner)
- A medium or large white pumpkin
- A sharp knife
- A large spoon or scoop
- Fresh fall flowers—dahlias, zinnias, mums, or anything with bold color
- Water
How to Make It
1. Start with the base
Roll out a sheet of your favorite Rocky Mountain Decals wallpaper down the center of your table. It instantly adds pattern, warmth, and a custom designer touch, plus, it’s wipeable and reusable!

2. Prep your pumpkin vase
Choose a white pumpkin for a neutral, elegant look. Cut off the top (just like you would for a jack-o’-lantern) and scoop out the insides until it’s clean and hollow.

3. Add water
Pour a bit of water directly into the pumpkin to act as a vase. If you’d like extra stability, place a small glass or jar inside the pumpkin to hold water and support the flowers.

4. Arrange your florals
Add a mix of fall blooms. Think bright zinnias, mums, daisies, and greenery. Let some pieces spill over the sides for a relaxed, natural look.

5. Finish your table
Add candles, mini pumpkins, or dried corn around the centerpiece to complete the look. The combination of fresh blooms and rustic accents feels timeless yet easy-going.

The Result
You’ll have a charming, colorful centerpiece that looks like something out of a fall magazine, and all it takes is a sheet of wallpaper and a pumpkin! It’s proof that beautiful decorating doesn’t have to be complicated.
Happy Thanksgiving! From all of us at Rocky Mountain Decals, we hope your holiday is filled with warmth, good food, and beautiful memories around the table.
